Office Manager and Insurance Administrator

What brought you to start working at Touching You, Inc?
My family has been close friends with Carol and her family for most of my life. After graduating college, I reached out to Carol about a job and she hired me as the receptionist.  At the time I was incredibly shy and even answering the phones felt intimidating! The experience has helped me grow both personally and professionally as I am now the Office Manager and Insurance Administrator. 

How long have you been at Touching You?
Since April of 2012

What is your favorite thing about working here?
My favorite thing about working here is getting to hear so many wonderful stories from our patients and my colleagues. I also love how much of a family we have become around here!

What do you do in your free time?
I most love spending time with my family, especially my nieces, Emma, Jenny and Alex!  I also spend a lot of time volunteering with the youth group at my church.

If you could travel anywhere in the world, where would it be?
I think I would choose Greece or somewhere else near the Mediterranean Sea. But I’d settle for most anywhere with sun and white sandy beaches!

What brought you to start working at Touching You, Inc?
Carol is a good friend of mine. She offered me a job; all I could think about is the community of survivors and women walking through this time to pour into.

How long have you been at Touching You?
Since November 2022

What is your favorite thing about working here?
We have the opportunity to speak life into our customers. It makes me tear up every time a customer walks out of the fitting room with a new outlook on life!

What do you do in your free time?
Exercise, cook, spend time traveling with my family and friends, and enjoy my church community.

If you could travel anywhere in the world, where would it be?
My first trip will be to Ireland. Next, Spain, Italy, and Greece. Until then I’m always dreaming of sitting on the beach.

What brought you to start working at Touching You, Inc?
Carol’s hairdresser, who I know as well, mentioned that she needed an intern. I was in the process of searching for an internship. I knew I wanted to stay here right after meeting Carol and learning more about her business!

How long have you been at Touching You?
Since August 2025

What is your favorite thing about working here?
I love hearing customers’ stories, they are so inspiring and impactful. I also love how close everyone is here. It definitely feels like a safe space and a home to me!

What do you do in your free time?
I love spending time with my friends and family. I like to exercise and go on walks and runs. I like to read and listen to music!

If you could travel anywhere in the world, where would it be?
I would really like to go to Greece, Paris and Italy. I think it would be so cool to ride on a camel in the Sahara Desert!
